How to Unsubscribe from Digi Prepaid Daily Internet

Sometimes when we need some service from the Telco we just subscribe the plan without look much into it. Some of the plan comes with the daily or weekly or monthly auto renew setting. the system will cut your balance and subscribe the plan without your permission and this is kinda annoying and frust you out, specially those who got budget in phone bill or prepaid user.

Now I've found a solution with a credit from goodyfoodies.blogspot, we can un-subscribe the plan we accidentally subscribed.

How to unsubscribe from Digi Internet Packages:

On your keypad, key in *116#.

Press Reply, key in "1" for Internet Packages.

Select the Internet Package that you are subscribed to..
For example, I was subscribed onto the Daily RM3 - so press Reply and key in "5".

Press Reply and key in "1" to unsubscribe.

Finally, key in "1" one more time to confirm unsubscribe.

You will no longer be charged RM3 for daily internet. You will receive a SMS confirming that you have unsubscribed.

SAMSUNG GALAXY Y Configurations Tricks

Bought a new phone not long ago, although I take really good care to my old phones, but they still have life span, and it just about time. So I buy a affordable price + basics function first touch screen phone in my life, SAMSUNG GALAXY Y (Model GT-S5360). I not so savvy in these smart phones, and after I bought it, many things and function crack my head, with some help of Internet and forums, I've solve some of the problems. So, here are some tips I've summarise for you out there:

How to MMS with SAMSUNG GALAXY Y

You should get the configuration installation sms from the respective telecommunication company, (digi get from digi website for example maxis, celcom and so on). I'm using digi so I show steps for digi user. You go to digi home page, at the upper right corner, type mms, don't enter or click anything, float the arrow near it and a quick link pop out of "Mobile Internet Setup" will come out, click it. in the pop out, choose via web, then enter a verification code, next page, type in your phone number, choose phone brand and model, sent. back to your phone, wait for sms, save and install it. whala, first step done.

Then, make sure your Packet Data is turned ON. Setting > Mobile Networks > Packet Data. Turn it off after u finished downloading ur MMS, else it will keep consuming ur credit.

Then Open “Messages”, next open “Settings”, you will need to scroll down to “MMS Settings” and disable the "auto Receive” by selecting disable next to this feature. The last step is to open an MMS message and click "Download”. You should now be able to receive your pictures on your samsung galazy manually.

How to change SAMSUNG GALAXY Y ringtones

Now, most of your songs and media will put in the SD Card, you need to set your folders EXACTLY like below:

Root Page, (the first page you enter your SD Card) Make a Folder with "Media" file name. Get inside "Media" folder, make a "Audio" Folder. Get in "Audio" folder and make "Ringtones" "Alarms" "Notifications" "Music" 4 folders.

SD card > Media > Audio > Ringtones (put your ringtone songs in here)
SD card > Media > Audio > Alarms (put your alarm songs in here)
SD card > Media > Audio > Notifications (put your sms and notifications songs in here)
SD card > Media > Audio > Music (others songs all put here, if not your option page will be long and messy)

If you set up your folder like above, once you reboot your phone, the OS will automatically set all the mp3 in Ringtones as an option when you go to ringtone menu. All the mp3 in Alarm folder will be selectable when you want to choose a Alarm tone and all the mp3 in the notification folder will be able to be used in sms and any app when you try to set a notification tone.

Sadly, SAMSUNG GALAXY Y default music player can only play MP3, so your WMA and others format songs can't play, lame : (

Here are some extra tips I quote from forum, hope can help you guys:

If you guys are annoyed that all your mp3 even the one from GPS navigation software comes up in your music plays, or all the pictures come up in the album app, then there is a simple way to remove it.

There’s a common Android problem of unwanted media files appearing in the song list of music players. This annoyingly causes your favorite songs to get mixed in with audio files associated with other apps, such as voice files for a GPS navigation app.
There’s a simple solution for this issue. We’ve already covered how you can hide certain files by changing a folder name to start with a dot, but you run the risk of causing problems with the app that’s linked to those files. Instead, there’s a similar solution: create a “.nomedia” file.
Here’s an easy trick that should only take a couple of minutes to keep unwanted audio files from popping up.
1.       On your computer, open Notepad or any other text editor
2.       Save the blank file as “.nomedia”
Make sure that the Save as type is set as “All Files” instead of “Text documents”
3.       Copy that file to the folder on your SD card containing audio files you don’t want to show up.
(Example: If you want to block CoPilot sound files from coming up, place the .nomedia file in the sdcard/copilot folder)
4.       Reboot your phone and the files should no longer be viewable
This same trick works for folders containing images or videos that you don’t want to appear in the Gallery app. The files will still be accessible from your original app or an explorer like Astro or Linda, but you’ll finally be able to stop hearing “Turn left” announcements after a great song.

Excel Shortcuts You Probably Didn’t Know

Video Link

Microsoft Excel is an incredibly powerful spreadsheet program that millions of people use.  It's got so many tools in it that even experts don't always know all the shortcuts. But just knowing a few tricks can vastly speed up — and simplify — your workflow.
Note: Different versions of Excel may have different commands, so a couple of these may not work in your version. That said, here are my top Excel shortcuts that can make you a star amongst the spreadsheet crowd:

1. Insert Sum:  Alt =
Summing has to be Excel's most commonly used task, and this trick can save you several clicks every time. To sum a column of numbers, select the cell at the bottom of the column. Then, Alt = will insert the sum function.

2. Select an Entire Column:   Ctrl-Spacebar
You probably know that Alt-a will select everything on a page, but if you simply want to select one column, hit Ctrl-Spacebar. And if you want to select a single row, use Shift-Spacebar.

3. Navigate to Top:   Ctrl-Home
Big spreadsheets can be many pages long. Instead of scrolling, Ctrl-Home takes you back to the first cell: A1. And Ctrl-End takes you to the last cell.

4. Hide Data:   Ctrl-0
Sometimes, you just want to hide some data without deleting it. Here's the shortcut for that: select the column you want to hide, then hit Ctrl-0. To unhide it, use Ctrl-Shift-0. (Note: the "0" is the number zero, not the letter O.)

5. Delete a Cell:  Alt-E-D
When you want to fully delete a cell, you can certainly right-click and then hit delete, but I find it faster to keep my hands on the keyboard rather than going for the mouse. Alt-E-D. In my mind, it stands for Express Delete.

6. Add Date:    Ctrl-Semicolon
Ctrl-Semicolon inserts today's date. Ctrl-Shift-Semicolon inserts the current time.

7. Show Formulas:  Ctrl ~
Functions are the math formulas that give Excel its power. They are math equations that Excel computes and displays. Normally, you enter a function either in the formula bar or directly in the cell, and — when you hit enter — it displays the result. Once that's done, the underlying formula becomes hidden from view. But sometimes you need to check those hidden formulas. Sure, you can go back and click every cell to see them, but if you hit Ctrl and the tilde key, all your formulas will be revealed in their cells. Oh, and in case you didn't know, the tilde key is usually in the upper left corner of your keyboard and looks like this: ~

Lzhi’s Views – FeedzShare

Guys’ one-minute guide to love

Guys’ one-minute guide to love
By Dave Singleton

Are guys suddenly more open to getting — and giving — dating advice? It seems so! For whatever reasons, more men are weighing in with real advice for their fellow men.

In my article titled “Dating advice books for men,” I scoured the self-help and nonfiction bestseller lists and found a plethora of dating advice books written specifically for women. But I found only a handful for the guys, which I found troubling. Given the men I’ve spoken with recently, it seems that the male point of view on romance is rather underrepresented. So I took to the streets to interview real men, aged 18 to 66, to get their best dating tips.

We’ve come a long way from the days when men were silent on matters of the heart. Some of my interviews took only a minute or so, but as Long Islander Eddie, 32, told me: “Sometimes the best advice is the quickest advice, you know? It doesn’t have to be a soliloquy if it makes sense. Guys might actually prefer hearing quick tips — especially if they’re straight from the heart, from [another] guy who’s been there.”

So without further ado, here is my guys’ one-minute guide to love, including 10 top tips from men who share the one crucial piece of advice they believe other men need to know:

1. Don’t settle, but don’t commit halfheartedly, either. “My one piece of advice is this: Don’t settle, but don’t commit half-heartedly, either,” says Los Angeles native Larry, 45. “If you’re in, be all in. It’s easy to look around and think there’s something better to the point that it stops you from making a real commitment. But that’s immature; real men grow out of that.”

2. Don’t take love for granted when you find it. “Realize what you have when you have it,” says New Yorker Ethan, 32. “That’s really the key. So many guys just play with love and at love, not realizing sometimes when they have it in the palms of their hands and letting it slip away. They are either careless or disloyal. You have to hold on tight to a good thing — not too tight, but tight enough to keep it in your grasp.”

3. Life’s too short to fight constantly with your partner. “Limit the fighting,” Says Marylander Walter, 66. “My first marriage ended because we fought all the time, over mostly little things. Over some big things, too, but I’ve learned that life’s too short. I was a guy who was told to always win a fight. But the truth is that men also know how to be good losers with a mate. Being right doesn’t always get you what you want. You can win the fight, but lose the war.”

4. It’s up to you to make dating more exciting. “Keep it exciting,” says San Franciscan Matt, 18. “It’s up to you to not get bored. Don’t be a bore, either; plan stuff, keep your dates surprising, and have an occasional ‘wow’ factor — something over-the-top special.”

5. You don’t have to understand a woman in order to love her. “Loving her doesn’t mean you have to understand her,” says North Carolinian Al, 51. “Whoever told us we needed to understand our partner? I’ve learned that you can talk a problem to death and never solve it. Sometimes the best thing to say is nothing. Sometimes, [just] listening is enough. Acknowledging that you heard [what she said] doesn’t mean having to say you understand.”

6. Know what you want. “Know what you want,” says Washingtonian Mike, 39. “It takes a while to figure out what you want, but that’s what you have to do on your own. Figure it out! Only you know what will make you happy. You learn what your basic type is, who can make you happy — and also, you learn who you can make happy. That’s important, too.”

7. In relationships, having a space that works really matters. “Create a space that works for you and your wife or girlfriend,” says Florida resident Andrew, 35. “My dad told me the secret to his marriage of 40 years was [having] separate bathrooms. And now, after being married for five years, I agree with him. You have to create space where you both are really comfortable. Shared space is good, but you need your separate space, too. You want to know where size really does matter in a relationship? When it comes to where you live!”

8. Make sure you really know a woman before making a commitment. “Before you commit, make sure you really know her,” says New Yorker Frank, 44. “Make sure you see her during all moods, times of year, occasions, and with different people, your friends and family and hers. Because you never really know each other until that happens. Go slow, despite your wanting to have it all right away. It takes time to see each other in every light.”

9. Just be yourself. “Be yourself,” says Washingtonian Adam, 32. “It’s simple, but it’s true. Guys spend too much time trying to act the part and being comfortable when their dates act the part, too. It’s important to just be honest. If you want to date casually, say it upfront. Don’t hedge on important stuff like that. Let her know who you really are so she can make an informed decision for herself. Believe me — it’ll work out best for you in the long run if you do.”

10. Know when to walk away if things get bad. “When it’s bad, know when to walk away,” says 37-year-old Ken from Los Angeles, CA. “If it’s not right for you, don’t pretend that it’s OK. If your gut says something is off, pay attention to it. If you need to address something, address it. And if you give it your best shot and it’s not working, don’t beat your head against the wall. Don’t stay with a partner out of guilt or because you’re trying to be a nice guy. In the end, it never, ever works. You do no favors for the other person — or yourself.”

Men: 5 little-known ways to flirt

Men: 5 little-known ways to flirt

When it comes to attraction, there may indeed be a little weird science involved. Seriously, how many times have you looked at a couple and said to yourself, Hmmm…how did a guy like that get a gal like her? Well, we’re not going to say we’ve found the magic elixir, but we did dig up some surprising secret ways men can effortlessly make themselves more attractive to the ladies.

We’re guessing that even if they don’t actually work for you personally, the extra confidence you’ll exude knowing you’ve got these stealth attraction tactics (i.e., “attractics”) in your arsenal may just help you land a date with that gal you’ve had your eye on.

Attractic #1: Wear red
Red is a power color, and that doesn’t just apply to politics and carpets at Hollywood events. According to a recent study published in the Journal of Experimental Psychology: General, simply wearing the color red or being surrounded by the rosy hue makes a man more attractive and desirable to women. The fact that women are largely unaware of this color’s arousing quality makes wearing it that much more effective for men who are in the know (unless they’re women who happen to have read this article… in which case, they may be on to you, but they’ll still probably respond to the color anyway).

Adding a touch of red into your wardrobe apparently makes women perceive you as having a higher social status, more likely to make money and think of you as powerful (whether it’s true or not). On a purely animalistic level, for non-human primates — like mandrills and gelada baboons — the color red is an indicator of male dominance and is expressed most intensely in alpha males. Females of these species mate more often with alpha males who, in return, provide them with protection and resources. “When women see red, it triggers something deep and probably biologically ingrained,” says Andrew Elliot, the lead author of this study and professor of psychology at the University of Rochester. In other words, dressing to impress may now mean adding a pop of cherry into your typical black, gray and navy wardrobe staples.

Attractic #2: Eat celery
Real men don’t eat rabbit food, right? WRONG. If you want to reel in the ladies, try increasing your crunches — of celery stalks, that is, not the gym variety. And it’s not just because women tend to congregate around vegetable trays at parties; in fact, eating celery increases the amount of female-attracting pheromones that men emit. Why? It seems that the cytoplasm found in celery contains the same chemicals as those found in human male sweat (specifically, regular sweat that’s responsible for a subtly masculine scent, which may not always be perceptible through clothing); both contain the steroid Androstenone, which makes men more attractive to women.

Why would you want more pheromones oozing out of your pores, you ask? Well, these are the hormones responsible for letting animals know when it’s time to mate, and they’re also how insects attract their mates from up to six miles away. So if you find yourself within flirting distance of an attractive woman and you’re dripping in delicious pheromones thanks to the celery you snacked on for lunch, women may find themselves irresistibly drawn to you. “The effects of celery are almost immediate,” says Judy Gaman, coauthor of the book, Stay Young: 10 Proven Steps to Ultimate Health. “We recommend that a man work out, have a nice, warm shower, chomp on a few sticks of celery, brush his teeth — and then head out the door smelling good!” Admit it: you’re rethinking the “eat your vegetables” edict now, aren’t you? Just call it “eau de crudité.”

Attractic #3: Play romantic music
Looking to score a gal’s digits or get her to think that you’re Prince Charming? Take a cue from the French and play a little love song first. According to a recent study by researchers Nicolas Guéguen and Céline Jacob from the Université de Bretagne-Sud (along with Lubomir Lamy from Université de Paris-Sud), women who were exposed to romantic music before interacting with eligible males were more likely to hand over their contact information (ostensibly, to set up a date) than those ladies who were exposed to “neutral” music in the same scenario. And while sappy ballads might make more macho guys want to gag, if your goal is to get the lady in question’s email address, it might behoove you to stomach a little Il Divo or Josh Groban in the presence of female subjects (the researchers showed positive correlations between romantic feelings and background music). Or try attending a crooner’s concert performance solo; who knows — you might just find yourself fighting off a whole group of swooning women!

Attractic #4: Order a chocolate dessert
Meeting a lady for coffee? Order some food, too. And if you can, make it something with chocolate in it. Here’s why: when people talk about falling in love, what’s really going on is that you’re participating in activities that promote forming an attachment to each other. Things that facilitate the attachment process raise your oxytocin levels (the love and bonding hormones) in the brain. According to Dr. Alan Hirsch, Neurological Director of the Smell & Taste Treatment and Research Foundation in Chicago, eating and the smell of food increases oxytocin levels in humans. So, by ordering an appetizer or dessert as an accompaniment, your date’s oxytocin levels will spike, thus encouraging a mutual bond to develop. (Who would’ve guessed that love was just an order of nachos away this whole time?) “You may want to be alone with her while eating, however, so she doesn’t bond with someone else at the table,” warns Dr. Hirsch.

To enhance the bonding effect even more, order something that contains chocolate. Eating chocolate increases the serotonin levels in the human body, which can induce feelings of euphoria and chemically improve your mood. “By being around a woman while she’s eating chocolate, you get this sort of ‘halo effect’…she likes the chocolate you ordered her, therefore she likes you,” says Dr. Hirsch.

Attractic #5: Learn some dance moves
So you think you can dance? Go ahead and bust a move, then! Actually, make that a good move (if you are a horrible dancer and you know it, please try options #1-4 above first). Why? The movements associated with men perceived as being skilled at dancing appear to send a subliminal signal to women that you’re in good health and have reproductive potential.

A recent study published in the Royal Society journal, Biology Letters, analyzed the dance moves of 12 non-professional male dancers. Researchers videotaped these men grooving to a basic drum rhythm and then turned their “dances” into computer-generated cartoons (that way, each guy could be judged solely on his moves, not his looks). Women then rated these dancing avatars on a scale of 1 to 7.

The results were clear: if it’s female attention you’re after, don’t flail your arms on the dance floor. Women participating in the study paid more attention to those dancers who were connected with their core body region. In other words, the guys who earned higher ratings had more control over their upper bodies and were twisting, bending, moving and nodding instead of simply pumping their fists in the air. Women scored men whose movements were twitchy and repetitive the lowest — so try to stay on beat and avoid shuffling back and forth aimlessly. And if you know you’re smooth, well...don’t be afraid to show it! You just might have women falling at your feet (but not stepping on your toes).

What’s your body trying to tell you?

By Stacey Colino, Photo by: Jen Corace

Every pop, ping, ache, and pain has a meaning. Here’s when to take action.

Cracking Joints

Most Likely Causes:
The fluid around a joint contains a variety of gases, such as oxygen and nitrogen. When you crack a joint, you cause the joint to stretch, which rapidly releases gas bubbles that snap, crack, or pop. The cracking sound could also be due to a tendon rubbing across bone.
Less Likely Cause:
If you feel pain each time a joint cracks, it may be a sign of a cartilage or joint problem, such as arthritis.

What to do:

-If the cracking doesn't hurt, don't sweat it.
-If you have pain or swelling, or the joint is red or warm or has limited motion, see a doctor to find out what's going on.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Dry Eyes

Most Likely Causes:
Staring at a computer for too long, consuming too much alcohol, or being in cold, dry, or windy conditions can increase the evaporation of the tear film on the eyes. Antidepressants, antihistamines, and cold medicines can dry out the eyes.
Less Likely Causes:
Chronically dry eyes can also point to hyperthyroidism or an autoimmune disease, like lupus.

What to do:
-For mild dryness, preservative-free over-the-counter artificial tears will lubricate and protect the eyes.
-Wear UV-blocking wraparound sunglasses when you're out in cold or windy weather.
-At night, use an ointment like Refresh PM (available at drugstores) inside your lower lids.
-For severely or chronically dry eyes, see your doctor for tests and perhaps a prescription for eyedrops.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Cold Hands

Most Likely Causes:
Stress or apprehension can rev up the nervous system, causing blood vessels to constrict and thus inhibiting circulation to the hands. Also, some people simply have slower circulation than others.
Less Likely Causes:
If your fingers also spasm, go numb, and change in color (from whitish to blue to bright red), you may have Raynaud's phenomenon, which can affect blood flow to the extremities. Other possibilities: a connective-tissue disorder, blocked arteries, or side effects from some drugs, such as beta-blockers.

What to do:
-Try deep breathing or any easy relaxation technique to enhance circulation if you suspect stress is the cause. Keep your hands warm.
-If your hands go cold for no apparent reason or if it happens frequently, talk to your doctor about being tested for Raynaud's or other conditions.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

A Chronic Cough

Most Likely Causes:
Something is tickling your throat, and a cough is your body's reflexive way of trying to expel the irritant. It may be postnasal drainage from allergies, or you may have hyperactive nasal mucus membranes sending liquid down your throat. Acid reflux can also irritate the throat and trigger coughing.

Less Likely Causes:
Airway spasms are a side effect of some drugs, such as ACE inhibitors. Chronic obstructive lung disease (often due to smoking), pulmonary fibrosis (which involves scarring of the lungs), or a heart-valve problem can also produce coughing if fluid accumulates in the lungs.

What to do:
-Schedule a checkup and discuss any other symptoms you may have to help your doctor figure out what's going on. He will probably listen to your lungs and heart and may even order a chest X-ray. Treating the underlying condition should stop the cough.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Muscle Cramps in Legs

Most Likely Causes:
Sitting or standing for too long in one position, or a long day in high heels, can strain the muscles in the calves and lead to cramps, sometimes hours later or during the night. Dehydration or an electrolyte imbalance can also cause muscles to spasm.
Less Likely Causes:
Statins, anticonvulsants, antihistamines, estrogens, and osteoporosis drugs can cause muscle cramps as a side effect. Blocked or narrowed arteries can also decrease blood flow to the legs, causing cramps.

What to do:
-Drink plenty of fluids to stay hydrated, and eat foods rich in the electrolytes calcium, potassium, and magnesium, such as leafy greens, bananas, and beans.
-Choose low, well-supported shoes to avoid straining the calves.
-Stretch your legs after walking, exercising, sitting still for a long period, or wearing high heels.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Night Sweats

Most Likely Causes: Hormonal fluctuations can alter the body's internal thermostat, making you sweat as you sleep. A thyroid disorder can also cause night sweats.
 Less Likely Causes:
Some drugs, including antidepressants, have this side effect. Certain diseases, such as cancer, lupus, and a major infection (like tuberculosis), can also leave you dripping at night.

What to do:
-Lower the temperature in your bedroom at night by opening a window or using a fan.
-Moisture-wicking sleepwear and sheets (in a microfiber material) can make a sweaty episode more tolerable.
-If the sweats don't abate or aren't linked to your menstrual cycle, talk to your doctor to rule out an illness. If the problem is hormonal, hormone therapy or a low-dose oral contraceptive might help.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Snoring

Most Likely Causes:
Being overweight or having nasal or sinus problems (like a deviated septum, nasal polyps, or allergies) can lead to swelling that partially blocks the airway, increasing the chances that the tissues in the back of your throat will shake, rattle, and roll while you sleep.
Less Likely Cause:
You may have obstructive sleep apnea (OSA), a condition in which snoring is accompanied by brief pauses in breathing as you sleep.

What to do:
-To keep the airway as open as possible, sleep on your side so your throat tissues don't collapse.
-Breathe Right nasal strips (available at drugstores) can help widen nasal passages so you can breathe more easily.
-If your snoring is keeping you or your partner awake, consult a sleep specialist to find out if OSA may be to blame.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Cracks at the Corners of Your Mouth

Most Likely Causes:
Excessive lip licking or exposure to the wind, cold, or dry air can dry out the lips and lead to cracks in their very thin skin. Another culprit: a deficiency in iron, vitamin A or C, or any of the B vitamins.
Less Likely Causes:
Cracks may be a sign of a fungal infection, such as thrush, which also causes redness around the cracks. Or the cracks may be due to a slight allergic reaction to an ingredient in a cosmetic product you recently started using.

What to do:
-Keep your lips hydrated by applying a thick, unscented ointment (such as Aquaphor).
-If you recently started using any new cosmetics, stop, then slowly reintroduce them one at a time.
-If the cracks persist, worsen, or seem infected, see a doctor to talk about your diet or to be tested and treated for a fungal infection.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Dark Urine

Most Likely Causes:
When you don't drink enough water, the pigments in waste that the kidneys excrete are more concentrated, so your urine becomes a deep yellow. Dark urine can also mean you have a urinary-tract infection, which could be sending a small amount of blood into your urine and making it darker.
Less Likely Causes:
A bladder or kidney infection can also cause darker urine, as can renal stones and other kidney problems.

What to do:
-Drink more water. Try this easy rule: Figure your height in inches; that number is the minimum amount in ounces you should be drinking per day. So if you're five-six, that's 66 inches, or 66 ounces.
-See your doctor if the color of your urine doesn't fade, you have a fever or pain with urination, or you urinate with an unusual frequency or urgency.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Bloodshot Eyes

Most Likely Causes:
A sleepless night or too much time in front of the computer can leave you with enlarged, dilated blood vessels in the conjunctivas, a.k.a. the whites of the eyes. Allergies or exposure to an irritant like smoke can also cause redness.
Less Likely Causes:
You could have an inflammation inside your eyes or on the eyelids that is caused by an injury, an infection, or an irritant. Persistently red eyes can indicate a systemic problem, such as an autoimmune disease.

What to do:
- While working at the computer, take frequent breaks. Close your eyes for one minute to rewet them and reduce the evaporation of tears before resuming work.
-Use artificial tears to lubricate your eyes and flush out irritants.
-Beware of redness-reducing drops. Their relief is usually only temporary, and if overused, they can lead to worsened redness.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Bleeding Gums

Most Likely Causes:
Bacteria may be stuck between your teeth and gums, releasing acid that's irritating your gums and causing the bleeding. Stress or hormonal changes (during pregnancy, PMS, or perimenopause) are prime triggers for bacteria to flourish, because surging hormones can diminish the immune system's ability to combat the bacteria.
Less Likely Causes:
Full-blown gum disease can cause bloody gums. In rare cases, bleeding gums are a sign of oral cancer.

What to do:
-Brush twice a day, and floss at least once. Using an antibacterial mouth rinse can also help cut down on bacteria and clear away debris.
-See your dentist for regular cleanings, and have any mouth sore that doesn't heal checked out to make sure it's not an infection or cancerous.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

A Clicking or Popping Jaw

Most Likely Causes:
Your temporomandibular joint, which connects your jaw to your skull, isn't opening or closing as smoothly as it should. This can be caused by poor alignment of the teeth or by tooth grinding. Stress can aggravate the problem, especially if you clench your teeth when you're tense or while you sleep.
Less Likely Cause:
If the pop also comes with a pang of pain, you could have arthritis in the joint.

What to do:
-If your jaw clicks occasionally and doesn't bother you, don't worry. Try to relax your jaw and mouth muscles when you're not talking or eating.
-Steer clear of gum and foods that are hard to chew, such as bagels and sticky candies.
-If you have pain, tenderness, or a locking in your jaw, see a dentist. She may prescribe special splints to align your jaw joint or a mouth guard to prevent tooth grinding.

L-Phenylalanine
